Despite numerous rumors that Kenya Moore is out as a main cast member on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” fan account @realhousewivesatlanta has said there has been no official decision on the matter.
The page tweeted Monday that regardless of rumors that Moore has been kicked off the show, “it’s still early in filming and Kenya’s contract is still being negotiated. So as of now, Kenya is still a housewife of Atlanta 🍑✊🏾.”
As if to further confirm the news, the post was “liked” by Moore herself.
Fans have responded with mixed reactions to the development.
“WE WANT KENYA!! WE WANT KENYA!!!”
“@thekenyamoore No fun without Kenya. IJS.”
“I will not he watching anymore.”
“Please do us a favor fired [sic] her!!!!!!”
Rumors have swirled for weeks that Moore won’t be a full-time housewife on RHOA instead being replaced by Eva Marcille, who joined as a friend of the show in season 10, or the longtime friend of the show Marlo Hampton.
RHOA’s Porsha Williams didn’t help reports about Marcille’s full-time inclusion on the show when she commented “It’s lit!🔥” under a picture of the “America’s Next Top Model” alum, which also claimed her status as a ‘wife was made “official.”
Then, Hampton had fans in a tizzy when she tweeted she “finally got my 🍑😜.” Her upgraded status was further cemented when she was caught being taped in front of a green screen, which is usually reserved for full-time ‘wives.
Plus, both Marcille and Hampton were joined by RHOA regulars Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss and Porsha Williams in Miami, where the cast supported NeNe Leakes’ comedy show and boutique opening over the weekend.
Meanwhile, Moore has maintained time and time again that she has not been bumped from the show.
“Fact# I will be a [housewife] or nothing at all. 😘” her latest clapback read.
