“Grey’s Anatomy” star Jesse Williams is refusing to pay his estranged wife Aryn Drake-Lee any more money for child support.

Documents obtained by TMZ Monday, June 4 show the actor claims his spouse of five years has “wildly inflated” numbers on the requested payments for their 2- and 4-year-old so that she can pocket some extra funds.

Among the asks are $25,000 monthly to save for the toddler’s college tuition, which Williams believes is outside of the court’s jurisdiction since, by the time they go to university at 18, child support will have ended. The activist, who is already giving his wife $50,000 monthly in child support, believes that Drake-Lee wants college payments as a way to get more spousal support.

Since the pair were only married for five years, Drake-Lee is only entitled to get support for two and a half years. But back in January, a judge ordered Williams to split residuals from the last five years of his pay from his hit ABC drama with Drake-Lee.

Williams calls her requests “absurd and greedy, and in no way related to the children or their needs.”

Yet despite him saying in documents that the couple agreed to give their kids “simple life without wasting money on extravagances,” the actor agreed to pay for all of the children’s present private school fees — including tuition and tutors if they need them.
