Ayesha Curry is on the defensive over an altercation that she says happened between her and a Houston Rockets fan after the Golden State Warrior’s lost Game 5 Thursday, May 24.

The video features a fan talking smack to Curry, who is expecting her third child with Warriors guard Steph Curry, and her father-in-law,

“Ayesha!” the fan says. “We’re going to beat y’all at home. Sorry, it’s Houston time. It’s Houston time.”

Curry seems to take the remark in stride before the fan continues, “Look at her. She’s all bitter and sour. She’s all bitter and sour. Look at her! She’s being all rude.”

The Cooking Channel star approaches the fan and begins confronting him, a portion of the video that was cut off.

But that was no matter because Curry hit back at the fan herself on Twitter Friday.

“The fact that you have the audacity to post this after this man bumped me in my 8-month pregnant belly asking and I quote ‘doesn’t losing feel like getting punched in the gut?’ And continued to follow me and taunt me with his camera is beyond me…but ‘This is America‘ right. 🙏🏽”

The Rockets fan in question appears to be Jose G Camargo, who tweeted an apology and maintained he didn’t know she was pregnant and  attempted to apologize for saying, “We are going to the Oracle and give them the knockout blow to the gut.”

He also said the remark was in reference to GSW, not Curry herself.

Yet Curry, who didn’t respond to Camargo’s apology, also clarified that not all Rockets fans are “disgusting” as one Twitter user claimed.

“😂🤷🏽‍♀️ I don’t have time for this anymore today y’all,” Curry also said in response to a now-deleted tweet. “It is what it is. I know people see what they see and believe what they choose to believe. I’m done defending myself against weird grown creeps for the day. Praying people like this get help and peace of mind.”

The celebrity chef also noted she thought the incident “was an accident at first because it was crowded and then he made that ‘gut’ comment and continued to follow me. I should’ve got him in the face instead of saving his life by removing the cigarette he was swinging around in my face. 😂😂 Wish there was full footage.”

In response, several fans shook their collective heads at the way Curry was treated.

“Something deeply wrong with those people. That guy that bumped you in your belly should be arrested and put [in] jail.”

“Somebody assaulted a pregnant Ayesha Curry and n—– stood around to record it????”

“Rocket fans tried to assault Ayesha Curry after the game? That’s f—ed up.”
