The two have been fighting over the use of the name Dr. Drai. The rapper claims Dr. Drai sounds too much like Dr. Dre and would cause confusion in the marketplace. The case has now been thrown out because there was not enough evidence to support his claim.

Birdman Sued for Thousands By Ex-Employee: Rapper Birdman ex-employee Nicolas Penzo is suing Cash Money for unpaid wages. Penzo claims he worked for the rapper from 2015 to spring of 2017 and wasn’t paid in full for his work. Penzo said the rapper owed him over $20,000.
Oprah Winfrey Takes a Major Win in the Weight Watchers: Oprah Winfrey bought stocks for Weight Watchers in 2015 for $43.5 million and now the company is worth more than $400 million. Oprah is also on the companies board and the stock jumped an additional 5% on Friday.
