After Tiffany Haddish’s mouth led to a craze over #WhoBitBeyoncé, the “Girls Trip” actress has revealed she has officially been forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
“NDAs are real y’all. NDA are real,” Haddish said in a Wednesday, March 28 Instagram Live stream via Page Six. “So, I’m not saying s— about nothing.”
Haddish kicked off a big internet mystery when she told a story to GQ about an actress who was “doing the mostest” at a December after-party for a Jay-Z concert in California.
“She bit Beyoncé in the face,” said Haddish, who wanted to fight the actress in question but Bey told her not to.
Since then, folks have been trying to figure out who the biter is, with guesses mentioning everyone from Lena Dunham to Sanaa Lathan, both of which have denied they’re the culprit. And while Haddish has fielded a few questions about the nibbly star — she assured Twitter followers Taraji P. Henson wasn’t who Bey was referring to when she said the biter was “on drugs” — she’s now telling fans to focus on more important news events.
“People should be focusing on the real issues at hand, like did you do your taxes,” she said. “Because taxes are due real soon. Can your children read and write? Have you been working with on them their reading and their writing? Is your house clean? That’s what we need to be focusing on. But y’all wanna know … everybody going crazy about who bit Beyoncé.”
Haddish’s NDA had previously come to light when Beyoncé referenced it in her feature on DJ Khalid’s “Top Off.”
“If they’re tryna party with the queen,” Bey sang, “They gon’ have to sign a non-disclosure.”
