The cast of “Married to Medicine” was shocked to learn of another cheating scandal to surface amongst the doctors. Dr. Gregory Lunceford, also known as Dr. G, revealed he almost cheated.
Dr. G, who’s married to Quad, said he went out with friends about a year ago and took a woman back to a hotel room. He changed his mind at the last minute but allowed the woman to remain in the hotel room. When the bill came the next morning, the mistress saw his name and allegedly tried to blackmail him for $15,000. Dr. G decided to come clean after the blackmail attempt but his wife said he only came clean after she received a message from the mysterious woman that she planned to release details of their encounter to a gossip blog.
After Dr. G’s shocking confession on “Married to Medicine” season 5 reunion, the mystery woman saw the episode and contacted The Shade Room.
The woman claimed to have met Dr. G and his friend at a cocktail bar “Whiskey Mistress” in Buckhead, Atlanta with a friend. She told the gossip site she didn’t know who the reality star was but he looked familiar.
The anonymous woman is alleging that the duo and their friends got their own rooms and in the midst of things getting steamy Dr. Greg made the decision to leave. She claimed he “looked nervous and seemed scared” and reportedly told her she could stay in the hotel alone if she wanted.
She reportedly searched the doctor online after seeing his name on the hotel bill that following morning and discovered who the “Married to Medicine” star was and his marriage with Quad.
The Jane Doe contacted him and threatened to blackmail him for $15,000 or she would go public about their premature affair, claiming he told her throughout their evening together that he was single. The extortion ultimatum scared Dr. G enough to come clean to his wife about the incident.
Quad and Dr. G’s marital issues became front and center in season 5. On an episode of “Sister Circle”, the host said she and her husband are trying to repair their marriage.
