As Tiffany Haddish shared the stage with comedian Kevin Nealon at the Laugh Factory in Hollywood, the “Girls Trip” star got an unexpected surprise from Tyler Perry.
The star made a joke about only drinking Ciroc because, it doesn’t give her a hangover and she said, “I only drink alcohol endorsed by rappers because I want to support the community.”
A few minutes later, Tyler Perry hands her the drink. The comedian drops her microphone and falls to her feet in joy to see Perry. She gave Perry a hug, turned to Nealon and said, “Did you just see Tyler Perry gave me some peach Ciroc!”
Tyler Perry and Haddish’s professional relationship continues as Haddish is set to star in an upcoming Perry film. The movie “The List” is about a woman released from jail to help her sister realize she’s being “catfished.” The movie is set to be in theaters November 2018.
