Rapper and actor Ludacris dropped by the “Breakfast Club” on Thursday, Feb. 22 and briefly discussed the beef singer/actor Tyrese had with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. DJ Envy asked the rapper if Tyrese was not asked back (due to recent drama and dispute with The Rock) would he star in the film without him. Ludacris replied, “that’s a challenging one, it depends on all of the factors involved… that’s a hard one.” he continued “We disagree on certain things but.. it’s still my brother.”
Tyrese took offense to The Rock taking a deal to do a “Fast and Furious” spin-off because he believed this was taking away from the franchise. The singer expressed that he believed that Johnson and the producer, “broke up the #FastFamily” in an Instagram post last October. The Rock has yet to respond directly to Tyrese’s outburst but he may have a loyal friend in Ludacris.
