“Black Panther” star Chadwick Boseman stopped by “The View” to discuss the movie everyone is raving about. Boseman dished on what makes Wakanda more advanced than the rest of the countries on the planet within the Marvel Universe.

When asked by host Sunny Hostin about the revolutionary nature of the film, Boseman didn’t hold back. “Wakanda is advanced, they’re not the most technologically advanced nation on the planet, they’re spiritually advanced in some ways they’re ahead of the rest of the world.” The audience then fell silent, with Hostin and Meghan McCain looking on, before Boseman continued on about the limitation of slavery, “Colonization and slavery enslaves everybody it doesn’t just enslave the African it enslaves everybody. Everybody is bound by the limitations of those systems.” He then said, “They are not up under that [colonization of slavery] they are ok with seeing male and female on the same level.”
