In the upcoming February issue of ‘O The Oprah Magazine’, Winfrey is releasing three different covers serving up a variety of hairstyles.
Behind the scenes of her cover shoot, she details what readers can expect from the February edition. “This month’s issue is all about hair and many other things. I’m really getting in touch with my inner Diana Ross.”
The February edition also highlights actor RuPaul, his life, liberty and the pursuit of being fabulous. “I really define myself as someone who is really grounded in the essence of my own spirituality and trying to connect that to my humanity every day” she states in the cover shoot video.
After the reveal of the first and second covers of her voluminous curls and a low ponytail with fun pink and purple streaks, O Magazine tweeted, “One cover simply wasn’t enough for O Mag’s February issue.”
The last and final cover shows Winfrey sporting an edgy short bob in which she hasn’t worn since 1992.
Over the course of her career, Winfrey has always made it her priority to emphasize empowerment. She once said, “The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate.”
