For the last two weeks, three police brutality cases have dominated national headlines continuing a devastating trend. Names like Terence Crutcher, Keith Scott and Alfred Olango joins the likes of Trayvon Martin, Sandra Bland and Tamir Rice in a club of people taken away too soon.
In the 2-minute video, the young girl comments on the many cases of police brutality plaguing the nation. “Trayvon Martin was walking down the street with his hood on,” the kid starts. ” Are you saying that I can’t walk down the street in my own without worrying about my safety ? The people who are suppose to protect me are killing me …”
