Sheriff Clarke Called Uprising in Charlotte ‘Something You See in Third World Nation Like Haiti’

On the Sept. 21 edition of FOX News’ “Your World With Neil Cavuto,” Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke comments on the protests after police shooting of 43-year-old Keith Scott in Charlotte, North Carolina.

In the segment, Clarke says that the protesters actions are unfounded because all the facts have not been released.

“… What was on display last night was something that resembled something you see in a third world nation like Haiti … We saw a primitive behavior on display, at best primitive behavior. And at worst, you saw subhuman behavior as people just reacted to circumstances, rioting, looting. It’s not a socially acceptable response to people’s frustration… Look we don’t know all the facts.”
