Baylee Curran, the beauty queen who claimed Chris Brown threatened her with a gun, is not a title holder after all. The 24-year-old made headlines Tuesday when she thrust the troubled R&B star into a police investigation because of her claims. Now, a pageant CEO revealed Curran is no longer the winner.

And the actress refused to return her crown and sash.

“She won in April but we stripped her of the title in June. She is not Miss Regional California 2016,” Lowona Crawford told the New York Daily News. “We have asked her many times to please return the sash and crown, but she has ignored us.”

Though Curran’s Instagram page currently states she is the former 2016 California Regional winner, she posted photos of her wearing her crown and sash as recently as July 26.

Curran also said she entered the 2016 Miss California USA Ambassador pageant.

“Miss U.S.A Ambassador here I come !!!!” she wrote on Instagram in June. “Flying out to Florida next month to compete in Nationals !!!”

Additionally, the model’s IMDb page claims she is the current title holder.

But the pageant organizer said she never competed.

“We don’t know why she says she won that,” Crawford told the Daily News.

Curran lost her California Regional crown after she violated a moral clause in her contract.

“She knows we are very upstanding,” Crawford explained. “If you can’t be a role model for this organization, you will be dethroned. Let’s just leave it at that.”

Organizers confirmed to E! Online she “only served as Miss California Regional from April 1 to July 5.”

Though Crawford did not give specifics, a source told E! it was due in part to racial slurs.

“The racial comments were regarding African-Americans. Baylee made racial slurs to the person’s face,” the insider said. “This person was someone very closely related with the pageant directly that she should have respected.”

The source added Curran behaved “catty” with fellow contestants and posed in “risqué” photos that violated the clause that titleholders cannot “take any sexually suggestive or pornographic photos.”

When asked about the racism accusations, the ex-beauty queen told E! she’s “not racist.”

“I’m not racist. Nor have I ever made any racial slurs…Like I said, there are a lot of false accusations coming about at the moment.”

This is the latest wrinkle in Curran’s past. Atlanta Black Star reported the red carpet host is also wanted in New York for grand larceny.
