17 year old Demarco Vinegar received harassing text messages from a member of his high school football team at Lexington Catholic in Lexington, Kentucky. Police charged a 17-year-old Lexington Catholic student Thursday night. Vinegar received messages stating that he “Pick cotton” for the school fundraiser or potentially face lynching.
