Steve Harvey Expands Media Empire With Overall Deal With Endemol Shine North America

Steve Harvey has added another talent of gold to his overflowing treasure chest.  The comedic king has signed an overall production deal with Endemol Shine North America for his new production company East 112th Street Productions.  According to Deadline.com, this deal calls for Harvey’s East 112th Street Productions to develop unscripted, scripted, and digital content.  This deal enriches the already plentiful relationship between Harvey and Endermol Shine, as the company produces his hit daytime TV talk show, Steve Harvey.

In a joint statement, Endemol Shine North America’s co-chairmen and co-CEOs Chris Abrego and Charlie Corwin said, “We are thrilled to be extending our relationship with Steve Harvey, arguably the hottest personality in TV right now.”

Harvey echoed their enthusiasm.

“Chris, Charlie and the team at Endemol Shine offer us the opportunity to expand our vision for East 112th Street globally, and we’re already exploring a number of potential projects together that I can’t wait to see get off the ground.”

Harvey has proven to be a man of many talents through his multi-media kingdom.  In addition to his daytime television show, he’s host of the game show Family Feud and as well as the popular nationally-syndicated radio program, The Steve Harvey Morning Show.  He’s also developing a new variety show called Little Big Shots with Ellen DeGeneres.

Between these ripening ventures on television and radio, Harvey has a blossoming literary career.  He authored, Act Like a Lady, Think Like A Man which was adapted into two hit feature films starring Kevin Hart.  He’s also written best sellers, Straight Talk, No Chaser: How to Find, Keep, and Understand a Man, and Act Like a Success, Think Like a Success, released last year.

It’s a challenge to balance these different domains but Steve Harvey has shown he’s willing and capable.  He’s providing a great blueprint for how to not just be a success, but how to do it in regal fashion.
