5 Best Cities NBA Players Go to for Fun After the Season

It's one thing to play in Utah for the Jazz. It's another thing to live there when the season is over. There are many cities that promote a quality way of life, but just five that provide the most livable elements for Black NBA players. Atlanta The king of the South is the king of the country when it comes to professional players in general, NBA players in particular, during the offseason. Atlanta has more former and current athletes residing there than anyplace else. Why: reasonable cost of living, tons of beautiful single women, great weather, amazing nightlife, including countless world-class restaurants, renowned adult entertainment clubs. And the world's busiest airport allows you to fly almost anywhere in the world without connecting. Miami Start with the beach and all it attracts (bikinis) and end with the endless nightlife along Ocean Drive and you understand what's going on in South Beach. It's the land of beautiful people. And the restaurant Prime 112 is virtually a hub for athletes and athlete seekers also known as groupies. Houston It's muggy as all get out there in the summer. However, there are no state taxes and there are quality strip clubs, a vast nightlife, several soul food options and plenty of eligible Black women. Los Angeles The palm trees get you every time. So does Hollywood and Sunset Boulevard. It's celebrity central, and players like being around other celebrities. The ocean and mountains on the left coast create a beautiful scene. And there's always something to do. New York The best city in the nation has so much going on that the outrageous cost of things is overlooked. Harlem is not what it used to be as the cultural epicenter, but it does have more restaurants and lounges. Throw in the Meatpacking District, SoHo, Broadway (not that many players will go to a Broadway play), and The City remains a go-to destination. (Just ignore the rats.)
