Leave it to Kanye West to avoid doing any dirty work for community service, following the 250-hour sentence he received in March after attacking a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport. Instead, in true Yeezus style, the rapper is serving his time by teaching fashion at L.A. Trade Technical College.
According to TMZ, West visited the college Monday, making it his third appearance at the college in the last six weeks. His most recent lesson? A discussion about designers. Perhaps he mentioned a few of his pals, like Givenchy’s Riccardo Tisci and Valentino Garavani during the conversation.
West is reportedly also speaking at multiple colleges.
A student who goes by the name Tiffany La Vonne posted a photo on Instagram of West posing with two instructors from LATTC, with a caption that read, “Kanye West speaking to the graduating fashion students at L.A. Trade Tech college about the business of fashion and his personal experience within the fashion industry. This is so dope!”
If there’s anyone we know who loves to go on a good fashion rant, it’s definitely Yeezy — and this seems like the perfect opportunity to do so.
