ABC__s_Grey__s_Anatomy_by_mildor666 “Grey’s Anatomy” season 10, episode 18: “You Be Illin’” premieres tonight on ABC.

In this week’s episode, the hospital gets inundated with flu-infected patients, which causes the doctors to slowly fall ill one by one. Derek must fight off the sickness as he prepares to give a speech on brain mapping and the residents place bets on who will fall ill first. Meanwhile, a new doctor at the hospital gives Alex a glimpse into an alternate form of medical practice.

A description of “Grey’s Anatomy” season 10 reads:

“The doctors of Seattle Grace Hospital deal with life-or-death consequences on a daily basis – it’s in one another that they find comfort, friendship and, at times, more than friendship. The medical world of Meredith (Ellen Pompeo), along with interns Cristina Yang, Izzie Stevens, George O’Malley and Alex Karev revolved around textbooks and professors yesterday, but today they are experiencing medicine firsthand as surgical interns at Seattle Grace Hospital, a teaching hospital with one of the toughest residency programs in the nation.

“Here, they must learn to balance their personal lives with their highly competitive professional lives, all while dealing with the daily stress of life-and-death situations. Together they’re discovering that neither medicine nor relationships can be defined in black and white. Real life only comes in shades of grey.”

“Grey’s Anatomy” season 10, episode 18  airs April 3, at 9 p.m. EST on ABC. Take a look at the preview video below:
