Yesterday Elliot Wilson debuted the first part of his signature CRWN interview series with Young Money boss, Lil Wayne. The second part of the interview has been released and it features the New Orleans rapper talking about his legacy in music, his love for skateboarding and his love for women.  As reported by vibe.com:

“The second installment of Lil Wayne’s #CRWN interview with Elliott Wilson is now ready for viewing. Watch as YN delves deeper into Weezy’s musicality from his consistent mixtapes from the early 2000s, and how he found his passion for skateboarding.

“I just love working, I just love doing it, I love rapping,” the New Orleans native said about giving fans free music. “Every time, at that time, a song come out, I be like I should’ve been on this song. Only one way to fix that: go show them what you should’ve did on it.”

The Lil Wayne interview took place last week at SXSW and gives insight into Wayne’s mindset as he gears up for what could be his last solo project.

Lil Wayne and his Young Money camp also recently released a new compilation album titled “Rise Of And Empire,” which debuted at top 10 on the Billboard charts.
