Eminem and Rihanna have had major success with the songs that they’ve collaborated on, and now the duo is attempting to translate that success into a tour. Slim Shady and Rihanna will embark on a three-city tour of New York, Los Angeles and Detroit, Eminem’s hometown.
As reported by news.radio.com:
“The huge news comes from the latest issue of XXL, which features Eminem on the cover alongside Dr. Dre and Interscope Records head honcho Jimmy Iovine, with a story based around the recently launched Beats Music streaming services.
“Eminem also took to his Twitter account to spread the word regarding the “Monster Tour” with Rihanna, which he revealed would happen this August in New York, Detroit and Los Angeles. No dates or venues have yet to be announced.”
Eminem and Rihanna’s collaborations have been major successes since 2010. Both songs that they have done together, “Love The Way You Lie” and the most recent, “Monster” have been No.1 hits on the Billboard charts.
Dates have not been confined yet, but when they do fans can almost be certain that the tickets will sell out in a very short time.
