Lupita Nyong’o Stuns Fashion Critics at 2014 Golden Globes

-5e69a17172e50304Lupita Nyong’o, nominated for her role in “12 Years a Slave,” dominated the Golden Globes’ red carpet in a breathtaking crimson gown by Ralph Lauren. “It was stunning,” said Warden Neil, head designer and stylist for the award show. “It was the most beautiful red I’ve ever seen. It was a gorgeous shade on her.”

Janie Bryant, costume designer for “Mad Men,” was also impressed. Over the weekend, the “12 Years A Slave” star looked stunning as she changed clothes numerous times to attend events leading up to Sunday night’s Golden Globe Awards. However, the actress commanded the attention of fashion critics when she stepped onto the red carpet in this piece.

Although Nyong’o has been hailed by many as this year’s best dressed during the awards, other celebrities came out to the awards to and gave Nyong’o a run for her money.
