Outkast fans have been eagerly waiting for the duo of Big Boi and Andre 3000 to get back together and make a new album. Last month it was rumored that the group would be getting back together, and now the duo has been photographed together in their home city of Atlanta.
According to vibe.com:
“We haven’t actually gotten official confirmation of the alleged Outkast reunion concert that’s been reported to be scheduled for Coachella next year, but this picture sure won’t help quiet the rumors.
“Just leaving the old Stewart Ave. #unfickwittable,” Big Boi Instagrammed over the weekend, adding fuel to the fire about the swirling mill.
Australia’s Big Day Out promoter AJ Maddah also recently tweeted that the two are ‘still six months away from being ready to tour,’ but it’s all fun and games until we hear it from Andre’s mouth.”
Outkast is one of the most influential duos from the South, and arguably the best rap group of all time. So it’s no wonder that fans are hanging on to every bit reunion news. Hopefully Big Boi and Andre 3000 will make an official announcement about their rumored performance at Coachella, and a possible new album in 2014.
