NeNe Leakes has landed on our list of celebs who went under the knife, however the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star is denying she’s butchered her face. In a 2010 interview with People magazine, Leakes freely admitted to a nose job, a breast lift and liposuction.
At a recent appearance during New York fashion week, rumors began swirling that Leakes, who was experimenting with a new look, underwent a full on facelift. The reality TV star cried to HuffPost Live’s Caitlyn Becker earlier today:
“I’m thinking, ‘A facelift, really? I’m in my early 40s. I don’t need a facelift. Honey, I am black, and I don’t need a facelift.”
The “I Dream of NeNe” star added, “I believe in a nip tuck. I believe you should always look good or however you feel. Whatever makes you feel great.”
To nip any future rumors in the bud, Leakes closed with: “If I had a facelift, I would say it.”
