With just a week to go before the release of the compilation album, Self Made Vol 3, Rick Ross and his Maybach music team have been blitzing the media to promote the album. Today Rozay released a new song ‘Bout That Life featuring Diddy, Meek Mill, and French Montana.
According to vibe.com:
“Are you ‘Bout That Life?’ Apparently Rick Ross, Meek Mill, French Montana and Diddy are. Rozay’s newest boastful track is a cut from Maybach Music Group’s Self Made 3 compilation album, which drops next Tuesday. The four men split their street life narratives over a menacing beat.”
“‘Bout That Life” will be another hard-hitting single for the clubs and the radio. And although it is great to hear Diddy flex his rap muscle as he normally does whenever he’s featured on someone else’s song, it is Meek Mill who has the stand out verse on. Meek Mill proves once again that he deserves to be in any conversation about up-and-coming rappers, and that he’s the second-in-command at Maybach Music Group.
As part of the promotion for the new album, Ross and the MMG crew caught up with MTV while shooting new music videos for their singles Gallardo and Stacks On My Belt.
Self Made Vol. 3 drops next Tuesday, and in classic MMG style Ross is already starting to prepare his next solo album so he can leverage the marketing from this upcoming album.
