Fanfare: Chris Brown Performs on ‘Today’ Show

In preparation for his new album release “X,” Chris Brown has been making his rounds to the various media outlets. Friday Chris took his talent to NBC’s “Today” show, performing  his current hits “Fine China” and  “Love More.” The performance was great, as Chris Brown usually puts on a good show for the fans. However, during his interview he seemed to want to keep it all about the fans. According to usatoday.com:

“NBC’s Matt Lauer and Tamron Hall joined the singer on the outdoor stage. Hall said to Brown in asking about a recent health scare, ‘You had a seizure, but you’re not missing a beat today. How are you feeling?’

“I’m good,” replied the singer, 24. ‘Just needed some rest. That’s it.’

“And when Lauer asked Chris about his previous pledge to stay positive and his recent Twitter rants,  Brown mumbled, ‘Uh, that’s not my music.’ Lauer said, “What? That’s not the music. You’re struggling with two different worlds?

“Speaking over Lauer, Brown said something about ‘…fans.’ Hall said, “You’re lovin’ your fans?” She went on to say, ‘I’ve heard you’re leaving the business. … Is that rumor or fact?’ Brown said, “It’s about the music right now. I’ll continue to work for my fans.”

Chris didn’t seem to want any part of the interview, but check out his performance on “Today” above.
