After announcing yesterday that he would be performing at the MTV Video Music Awards and that his new album would be pushed back a week, Drake released the artwork for his new album, “Nothing Was The Same.“
According to missinfo.tv:
“Following the news his “Nothing Was the Same” LP is now delayed by a week, Drake reveals the dual-covers to his junior effort now arriving on September 24. The dual-covers designed by Kadir Nelson illustrate the past and present. The standard artwork depicts Drake as a child with a big afro and comb along a clear blue sky, as the deluxe cover is more of a present look, with Drizzy’s recent trademark hair part.”
“Nothing Was The Same” will be Drizzy’s third studio album. The much-anticipated record can place him amongst the all-time elites, a compliment Jay Z bestowed upon the Toronto rapper in a recent interview.
