Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are sparing no expense when it comes to welcoming their first child, and a source close to Kanye West tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY why they are insisting on such a lavish delivery room – despite rumors that Kanye will not be present in the delivery room!
Kim Kardashian, 32, and Kanye West, 35, are planning on dropping a pretty penny in preparation for their first baby, due in July. But while $3,000 a night might seem too extravagant for a delivery suite, Kanye insists it’s all worth it to make sure his girlfriend has a happy and healthy delivery.
A source close to Kanye West tells HollywoodLife.com that Kanye is so excited to be a dad, he wants everything to go perfectly.
“That’s going to be a big day for them and they want it to be extra special and perfect,” the source says. “They want everything to go on without a hitch! It’s their first child together, and it’s an intense time for Kim especially, but Kanye is nervous too. Even though he’s excited for the baby, it hurts him to see Kim in all types of pain. He just wants everything to go smoothly for her.”
The glamorous couple also wants to ensure that their privacy and safety is protected when their big day arrives, and not just to be showy. The source adds the expensive delivery suite is “not because they’re trying to be all grand.”
“They’re just doing it for privacy and security,” the insider adds. “That’s the real reason why they’re doing it, so people won’t be trying to get all up in their space trying to look at the baby and everything. That’s not going to happen. Kanye really wants this to be a special moment. He’s about to have his first baby with Kim, and he wants to savor that moment and doesn’t want anything or anyone to mess it up!”
