White House Press Secretary Jay Carney responds to rapper Jay-Z ‘s “Open Letter” song that implies he and wife Beyonce received White House clearance for their recent trip to Cuba.

Check out  Jay-Z‘s song “Open Letter,” which he responds to some recent controversies surrounding him, including his anniversary trip to Cuba with wife Beyonce.
