Sean 'Diddy' Combs Ex Kim Porter Slapped with Lawsuit, Kids Covered In Cocaine?

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs will need a lot more than a tweet to get his ex out of this one. The mother of three of his children, Kim Porter, is being hit with a serious lawsuit accusing her of smoking marijuana and using cocaine around the house while her children were home.

The drama began to unfold when Porter fired her former nanny, Dawn Drago.

As any celebrity should know, once you stop feeding somebody’s wallet in show biz their loyalty and promise to keep secrets goes flying out the window.

TMZ reports:

Nanny Dawn Drago says she worked for Diddy’s ex, Kim Porter, from 2011 to 2012. Drago claims in the lawsuit — obtained by TMZ — Porter chain-smoked pot in the house while the young girls were home.

But Drago claims marijuana was not Kim’s only drug of choice. She alleges she found cocaine as well, and on one occasion she says she was driving the kids to school and noticed they were covered “in a white powdery substance.”

The former nanny went on to explain that the children managed to get into “a bag containing the powder, along with clear capsules, filled with another powdery substance in a bag in the back seat.”

Needless to say, Porter denied that the capsules were illegal drugs and insisted that it was just “medicine” in the bag – which doesn’t really explain the powdery substance covering her kids.

Drago was Kim’s nanny from 2011 to 2012, and claimed to have dealt with all kinds of abuse before finally being fired simply because she couldn’t stand the smell of weed in the home any longer.

TMZ continued:

And there’s more. Drago also claims Porter verbally and violently abused her before eventually firing her last year.

As for why she was fired … Drago says the marijuana smell was choking and she dared to complain she couldn’t take it.

There are some extremely serious allegations and despite Sean Combs being the mogul he is, we’re not sure that even he will have the legal team needed to take on this case. Even if Kim is turned away with nothing more than a slap on the wrist, her reputation will likely suffer some sever consequences.
