Beyonce’s real life is a realty TV producer’s dream come true. Her father is breaking his silence and speaking out about being fired as her manager and the world is enamored with Beyonce’s baby Blue Ivy who made her first public appearance without being shielded by a blanket.
Beyonce and her father went their separate ways back in 2011 and rumor has it that the Queen Bey fired her father as a manager.
Matthew Knowles is finally speaking up about what happened and he claims that he wasn’t fired, but instead he stepped down from the position after both he and Bey agreed it would be best for her career.
“It was hard for me to let her go – it was hard for both of us to let each other go,” Beyonce’s dad said. “And let’s be clear on that. She didn’t let me go, we both let each other go. That’s a big difference.”
Either way both he and Baddie Bey insist that their relationship is still in tact despite the media reporting otherwise.
Of course, working as his daughter’s manager for almost 20 years was an “incredibly painful” experience for the proud father.
“This was not a normal ending of a business agreement,” he continued. “This was a dad and a daughter and it was incredibly painful and it had some difficulties.”
The 61-year-old entrepreneur went on to say that he is trying to keep “a positive mind” despite all the difficulties and he is still proud of his daughter’s “sensational performance” at President Obama’s inauguration.
Of course with some baby mamma drama going on his life and being out of what we’re sure was one of the best paying jobs in the country, you can’t help but wonder if there are some ulterior motives up Matthews’ sleeve.
Is he trying to create a sob story that would result in a tell-all novel about his own daughter? Is he trying to bag his own reality TV spot? Is he waiting for someone to offer him some big bucks to spill some juicier details about his split from Queen Bey?
All these ideas are strictly speculation, of course, but it’s still something to consider since Matthew has decided to suddenly break his silence two years after the split from his daughter.
The good news is, it does seem like his relationship with Mrs. Carter is pretty good considering the fact that he was seen holding baby Blue Ivy in Beyonce’s HBO documentary “Life Is But A Dream.”
Speaking of Blue Ivy, the adorable tyke finally made her first uncovered appearance to the paparazzi yesterday (March 24) during her brunch with mommy.
The “Countdown” songstress strolled through Brooklyn with Blue Ivy napping in her arms as she headed to Buttermilk Channel for a bite to eat.
Baby Blue was dressed much like Beyonce’s husband for this outing.
Blue Ivy was dressed in a camo jacket, jeans, and some Timbs – an outfit that was just screaming “daddy’s little girl.”
The “Bow Down” singer proved once again that she is absolutely stunning whether she is dressed up or dressed down.
She opted for a simple bun look with an oversized black coat and matching pants. Unlike many celebs she had no problem stepping out with almost no makeup on.
And just in case you’re one of the few people who haven’t come close to overdosing on Beyonce, Jay-Z has joined Instagram and is already sharing tons of pics of his wife and his adorable baby girl.
He has chosen the handle FoundHov for the picture sharing website and has been busy sharing some adorable throwback pics of him with Baddie Bey.
The good news is that means some new pics of Blue Ivy are probably on the way and we’re excited to see her grow up via Instagram if HOV is ready to share.
