Khloe Kardashian has had enough of the blatant lies about her in the media and has called out Life & Style and In Touch magazine for accusing her husband Lamar Odom of cheating, pushing divorce rumors, and claiming she was jealous of sister Kim Kardashian’s pregnancy.
Kim Kardashian has been making major headlines after getting pregnant, but the tabloids still didn’t take a break from throwing major shade on sister Khloe.
Everything from bringing up claims that she isn’t a real Kardashian to saying she was heartbroken when she found out Kim Kardashian was pregnant with Kanye West’s baby, the media has been relentlessly attacking Khloe’s life without any proof of what they were saying.
While most celebs just ignore the rumors and turn the other cheek, the youngest Kardashian’s spunky attitude wouldn’t let her take all the rumors quietly.
“It is disgusting that Life & Style and InTouch magazine continue to print these false stories about my life: the status of my marriage, false reports about a miscarriage, the horrible lie that my dad is not my biological feather, jealousy over my sisters’ lives, etc.,” she wrote on her official blog.
While she is a celebrity and the people want to hear about every bit of gossip going on in her life, things may have gone too far when the stories weren’t being reported as rumors anymore – instead they were already being claimed as facts.
“It is a complete waste of time to address these reports every time that they print these ridiculous and absurd tabloid stories, but not only are these stories untrue, they’re also unfair to the people who buy the magazine expecting to read accurate reports,” Lamar’s wife continued.
As for the rumors that she is filled with envy because Kim is having a baby and she isn’t?
“Anyone who pays attention to these things can easily see the incredible bond that everyone in my family shares,” the X-Factor co-host added. “I’m happily married to a wonderful man and fall in love with him more each day, and we’ll have a baby when God wants us to and when the time is right. These blatant lies are disrespectful and shameless.”
It’s no surprise that the basketball wife has finally been fed up with the media attention because she was the first Kardashian to willingly step away from the cameras for a while.
Last May Khloe and Lamar decided to take a break from their reality series Khloe & Lamar in order to just focus on their personal lives without the cameras in their faces.
“Our show is not cancelled,” the Khloe & Lamar star told Entertainment Tonight when they first announced the show wasn’t returning. “Lamar and I have chosen to take a break this summer. We’ve been on a whirlwind doing back-to-back shows, and we just want to take a little time off for Lamar to be with family times, kids, basketball, Olympics – you never know. So, we have a lot on our plate right now.”
In fact, sister Kim revealed that Khloe has so much on her plate that she is happy to see Kim going through the pregnancy instead of her.
“She’s just like, ‘You know what, it’s going to happen. Whatever’s meant to be will be. I don’t have the time for it right now, so…,’” pregnancy Kim Kardashian said. “She was saying to me the other day, she was like, ‘I’m so glad it’s you. I’m not ready. I don’t have the time.’ So it’s perfect.”
Her official blog wasn’t the only place she went to bash the media.
She also took to Twitter to express how she felt and earned a lot of sympathy from people who had once believed the tabloid lies.
“People say the truth hurts, but the truth is not what makes the tabloids money,” she tweeted. “I will admit, the false might cut a little deeper. At least the truth I can respect and grow from.”
Unfortunately, in the midst of her slamming the media more rumors have already sparked about Khloe’s latest plan to get pregnant.
Once again there is no proof other than nameless sources who refuse to go on the record. An anonymous source told Hollywood Life that Lamar’s wife is looking for a gestational surrogate that could carry Lamar and Khloe’s baby to term.
“She is being extremely thorough about the woman she will choose to carry her baby,” the source told the magazine. “She even says she would pay half a million dollars for the right woman!”
For now, we’re waiting for Khloe to confirm those rumors. She has been pretty outspoken about several personal details about her life (including her embarrassing DIY bikini wax and that she sometimes gets on a kinky live webcam site just for kicks) so we have a feeling that she wouldn’t be embarrassed to tell us about a surrogate either.
Either way, it doesn’t seem like Khloe is going to get the break she’s asking for but we certainly hope that she does.
