Chris Brown reportedly paid Karrueche Tran a large sum of money after their breakup and is starting to bring up the idea of marriage with his ex Rihanna.
There aren’t many Hollywood couples with as much drama as Chris and Rihanna, and in a matter of days the couple has sparked several popular rumors.
The first rumor suggests that Brown paid off his ex, Karrueche Tran, after they broke up but it’s not quite what you think.
While some tabloids suggested that the R&B bad boy was paying Tran to leave him alone, it has been revealed by other sources that the “Don’t Wake Me Up” crooner just wanted to set Tran up financially.
“Neither Rihanna nor Chris want to make things harder for her than they already are,” the source told Contact Music. “Chris wants to set her up financially and do right by her – he wants her to stay in his life if possible.”
The large cash gift certainly would help soften the blow after the break up, especially since he has not only reunited with his ex but has also begun discussing marriage with RiRi.
The 23-year-old entertainer claimed that he broke up with Tran because he wanted to “be single to focus on his career,” but apparently that isn’t entirely true.
“No one close to them would be a bit shocked if they eloped,” the source added. “Rihanna has told her close friends point blank – I would marry Chris. She even says she would have never left him if the media scrutiny didn’t get so bad.”
It is commonly believed that the truth tends to spill out when you’re drunk, and apparently even when the two love birds are under the influence their feelings for each other remain strong.
“They’re passionate, and when they’re drunk, they’ve both made many comments about getting married,” the source continued.
Well hopefully Chris will be able to stay dedicated to Rihanna if they chose to tie the knot, especially with sexy photos of his model ex girlfriend floating around Twitter.
After the break up, Tran’s twitter was full of sad or angry tweets and tabloids were publishing photos of the aspiring model with puffy eyes that were assumed to be from crying.
Now-a-days Tran is posing for the camera with slightly rustled hair and a sensual gaze that may have Brown regretting his decision.
The 23-year-old took a picture of herself in bed with a sleepy, but sexy gaze and then posted the photo to Twitter with a simple caption that read, “hi.”
Even if the photo is enough to make Chris change his mind, it probably won’t be enough for her to take him back especially considering the fact that her family is thrilled that her relationship with the “Yeah” singer has finally ended.
An anonymous source revealed that a member of Brown’s ex’s family said, “Karrueche didn’t know what she was getting herself into. She was in over her head. It doesn’t matter if Chris Brown is a celebrity – enough is enough!”
The Vietnamese beauty’s family never found the singer turned rapper to be a good match for her and were actually glad to hear news of the break up.
As for Rihanna’s family, on the other hand, they are also happy about the break up but feel differently about the Virginia native.
“I think everyone makes mistakes and they shouldn’t be held to them forever. Everyone should be forgiven once,” Rihanna’s dad said of Chris. “There’s a lot more to Chris than the whole world knows.”
Ronald Fenty, the “Where Have You Been” songstress’s estranged father, has apparently had a lot of things to say about Chris lately and surprisingly they are all good.
“I love Chris, man. He’s got so much charisma and he’s always had so much respect for me. That’s what I love about him. He’s always shown me respect,” Fenty reportedly told his pals.
“Charisma” is an understatement however for any man who has the charm to beat up another man’s daughter and still be pals afterwards.
Of course, Rihanna’s father decided to elaborate and explained why it was a no brainer for him to forgive the young singer.
“I know they love each other,” the Bajan beauty’s father continued. “They always have. She’s happiest when she’s around him, and as long as she’s happy, I am happy and the whole world should be too.”
Well it comes down to it, Jay-Z may not be offering the couple his blessings but the love birds have full support from Oprah, Rosario Dawson, and now even RiRi’s father.
I guess the real question is: If Rihanna’s own father can forgive Chris Brown for viciously attacking his very own daughter years ago, is it time for everyone to move on and give the R&B bad boy another chance?
