Amanda Bynes and Lindsay Lohan aren’t the only stars having traffic troubles lately. Rapper and dad-to-be Wiz Khalifa is under investigation for an alleged hit-and-run in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, a woman is accusing Wiz of hitting her car as they left a music video shoot and fleeing the scene. According to the driver, the incident happened around midnight last Wednesday.
The LAPD is currently trying to contact the “Black and Yellow” rapper but their attempts have been unsuccessful. TMZ attempted to talk to his reps and they haven’t gotten an answer.
Perhaps Wiz was rushing to get home to his heavily pregnant fiancée Amber Rose. The pair confirmed rumors of a pregnancy on the red carpet of the MTV Video Music Awards earlier this month. “Well, Sway, you know you my brother, man, so we had to do it with you first and we had to do it with the whole world, and just let everybody know that we’re expecting a beautiful young baby,” he said to MTV News correspondent Sway Calloway. “We’re having a baby!”
The couple discussed their reaction to the news and how they feel about starting a family while they were backstage at the awards show. “I did a backflip; she was doing this little dance that we made up,” Wiz said about finding out about the baby. “I’ve been pretty focused my entire life, and now that I have a family, I’m just going to keep that focus, but it’s going to be a family focus.”
