Dwyane Wade’s Ex-Wife Siohvaughn Talks Abuse, Affair & Custody Battle

After getting his hands on a 2nd NBA championship ring and one of the hottest ladies in Hollywood, Dwyane Wade definitely seems to be the man of the year, but that’s not what his ex-wife Siohvaughn Wade says.

According to Dwyane’s ex-wife and mother of his two kids, the beloved NBA star is actually a violent cheater.

One night Siohvaughn claimed she confronted the NBA star after he left in the middle of the night without telling her.

“His first response was at first to be verbally abusive,” Siohvaughn said during her interview on “Real Talk with Kietta.” “He was cursing, he was calling me names, he was telling me to shut the ‘f” up.”

Siohvaughn’s testament to Dwyane’s violent nature only escalated from there.

“He picked me up and held me over his head literally in midair and threw me down in our bathroom,” Siohvaughn continued. “We had an ottoman in the bathroom and he slammed me down so hard that when my back hit the ottoman it broke into four pieces and my back and head hit the concrete, the marble floor, excuse me, in the bathroom.”

According to the NBA star’s allegedly abused ex-wife, she picked up the cordless phone to call the police when Dwyane snatched it from her and threw it at her so hard that the phone “literally broke into pieces.”

In the midst of domestic violence, the couple separated but didn’t divorce quite yet.

In Siohvaughn’s interview she claimed that this time of separation was when Dwyane Wade found the new love of his life, Gabrielle Union.

“Separated and divorced are two different things,” she said with her arm resting in a cast. “I’m not certain when it happened or when she happened but I know that I was very married. I know that me and Dwyane at that time had talked about reconciliation going back and forth. I was still even intimate sometimes with my then husband.”

If Dwyane’s ex-wife’s allegations are true, it’s unclear why this information wasn’t presented during their custody battle that awarded Dwyane full custody of their sons.

The terrifying reality that Siohvaughn faced during her marriage was exactly why she feared Dwyane getting drafted in the first place.

The two had been dating long before Dwyane got to the NBA, and Siohvaughn’s family even took Dwyane in at the age of 16 after he fled from his own abusive household.

Ironically, according to Siohvaughn’s reports, he fled one abusive household just to create another later down the road.

Back in 2010, Siohvaughn even tried to sue to Gabrielle Union for “emotional distress,” claiming that the actress “engaged in sexual foreplay” in front of her then 8-year-old and 2-year-old sons.

  1. Why would you print this garbage? This interview just makes YOUR website look bad because it has already been established that this woman has SERIOUS MENTAL PROBLELMS.

  2. Maybe you should listen to her speak and determine for your self (and not what the tabloids report) if she sounds like she has mental issues

  3. Christner Nene Lavoile says:

dwane s facking with his stupid book, i like his game,,, but he s a afke dude.

Good lord, use your brain, "allegations are true, it’s unclear why this information wasn’t presented during their custody battle". Enough said.

You people kill me. No, this Lady should NOT be allowed to SLANDER an NBA player because she lost her cash cow.

Wade can't sue her because she doesn't have anything to take. But there should be some kind of punishment because so many people LOVE to believe dirt on celebrities.

If you can't punish a crazy woman, then you should be able to punish the publication even tho they're just reporting what she's saying, but I feel like there should be some kind of stipulation where if you knowingly print someone's obvious lie, then you are held accountable.

The interview I listened to does not make Siobvaughn appear to be unbalanced, especially when you listen to the court appointed psychiatrist oppinion. The case from my male perspective is what happens when you hold the money, power and fame. Most courts would favor the mother in cases of custody, and the fact Wade would not send child support is despicable. I attended the ESPN Rick Reilly welcome home at Richards High school where a HUGE deal was made out of Wade being taken in by a family to avoid the abuse in his own home. and this is how he treats a member of the family who adopted him. A real man would have provided for, and seen his children no matter how uncivil the relationship was between them, especially considering these circumstances. My Dad came 40 miles every mornong to get us up and off to school when my mother took a midnite shift job for 3 years! This woman's family literally saved his life and this is how he repays them. Wade should be ashamed.

  6. She lost a custody battle! What the hell is the problem? This woman and her mother live better than they ever did before he went to the NBA. He just did was all concerned parents do. He filed for custody of his kids and luckily for him he won. What is all this other stuff about? What did he do that is so horrible to this woman and her family. He didn't speak to you? that is very unfortunate. But in the grand scheme of things get over it. You are in a court battle. People are jockeying for position of their children. Maybe I am missing something. Does he not pay alimony to the daughter? Does the mother think she should get a house from D wade? what is everyone's beef. If he never filed for custody he would have been just another dude he leaves it on the mother to take care of the kids! Then that would be the common mantra.

  7. just another women bitter because d wade don't want u no more move the hell on lady.

  8. Maybe I don't know the full details of the custody battle… But, I can see where their may be some bitterness. Didn't Dwayne file for divorce to be with his girlfriend Gabrielle? Now he's also filed for custody of the children and won. Him and his wife had a good relationship and friendship since childhood, before all the fame. I would feel as if I had lost everything, my best friend, my husband and my children for what? because the fame has gotten to his head. I can see how this could be heartbreaking.
