Gabby Douglas’ hair haters will have one more thing to complain about – the Olympic winner is gracing the cover of Kelloggs, millions of them!
On Friday morning, an image of Gabby hoisting flowers with her gold medal around her neck were plastered on Kellogg’s Corn Flakes cereal boxes around the country. Reportedly, the 16-year old will walk away with $1-3 million from the deal. Nice. But that’s not, experts expect Gabby to rake in nearly $10 million from her magnificent fete.
Marketing expert Dan Migala who study that kind of thing have already determined that Douglas could earn up to $10 million in endorsements.
Because of her sweet nature and her remarkable performances in the Games, Douglas promises to be the most sought-after athletes from a broad range of companies seeking a relationship with such a wholesome yet dynamic worldwide personality.
“The values companies look for are greatness, gold medal champions and hard work. Gabby has all of those.’
Debate over Gabby Douglas’ hair threatened to take away from the moment but nothing will reduce this young woman’s shine. Dominique Dawes, a former gold medal gymnast was more than happy to heap praises on the star.
I am so thrilled for Gabby. I’m so thrilled to change my website and take down the fact that I was the only African American with a gold medal.
