Chris Brown’s girlfriend Karrueche Tran was spotted shopping it up in Cannes while the rumors of Chris and Rihanna reuniting continue to pick up steam.
It was previously believed that Chris and Karrueche broke up after the model contacted rapper Drake over a business deal. The rep of the “Yeah 3x” singer has squashed those rumors calling them “false”. The next rumor in question is the reunion of Chris and Rihanna – will it ever die?
With Karrueche still in the picture – she was spotted with a bodyguard shopping in Cannes – the reunion seemed unlikely. But not even the presence of Tran will stop the rumor mill from churning. According to UK tabloid The Sun, Rihanna made her way from St. Tropez to Cannes to see her ex-boyfriend.
‘It was a last-minute trip, but Chris wanted to see Rihanna. They have this weird addiction to each other and can’t seem to stay away. She was really happy when he arrived. She spent all evening getting ready to see him. They waited till night so no one saw them.’

“Brown boarded RiRi’s 170-foot yacht — named “Latitude” — last week in Sardinia, where the 24-year-old singer temporarily had docked the vessel. “He was probably there for two days,” says the insider, who saw Brown, 23, firsthand on the island off Italy, but added that, “Rihanna doesn’t want anyone to know that they are together.”
Reports from sources like these keep the entertainer’s representatives working overtime. Chris’s rep once again denied any reunion,
‘CB is in France to shoot a music video for Swizz Beatz album and Ludacris is in it. It’s Swizz’s song. Karrueche is there with him…They never broke up. He is not on her (Rihanna’s) yacht. There is no Rihanna connection.’
