Lauren London will join the cast of BET’s comedy The Game. The actress will appear as a series regular in the upcoming 6th season.
London joining the cast of The Game will fill the voided spot that Tia Mowry left when she departed the show last month. The actress will play a character named Kiera, who is “a former child star who is currently appearing in a Cosby Show-esque sitcom.”
The ATL star is an American film and television actress, model, and a casual music video actress. She started her career in music videos and then later transferred her career into film and television.
The 27-year-old actress broke out after starring in the 2006 film ATL alongside rapper Clifford Joseph Harris, Jr.(also known as T.I.). She also played in Next Day Air; Good Hair; and Madea’s Big Happy Family. London has appeared on a few TV shows as well, such as the former HBO comedy hit series Entourage and the late comedy Everybody Hates Chris.
