Basketball Wives star Jennifer Williams took a vacation and left all the drama behind. The latest drama for the now fired star is her lawsuit against former friend Nia Crooks. On season four of Basketball Wives Nia Crooks walked around a table and slapped Jennifer in her face after she sarcastically stated, “Yeah, I wish you would”.
Jenn’s former friend Evelyn Lozada called the lawsuit bogus while executive producer Shaunie O’Neal called the incident a “mistake.” Both ladies failed in their attempts to have Jennifer drop the lawsuit.
Shaunie’s reasoned on the reunion that if Nia was willing to apologize the lawsuit should be dropped however Nia herself has yet to take responsibility for her actions. In fact Nia’s lawyer Javier Solano is requesting the judge to dismiss the suit insisting the slap was, “caused in whole or in part by the culpable conduct, carelessness, contributory negligence or assumption of risk of [Williams].”
Oh the madness. Meanwhile Jennifer is on vacation busy sharing photos and anecdotes with her followers on twitter.

Physically hitting someone is NEVER acceptable.
It’s not acceptable but it was the risk this fool was willing to take by pre-meditating the whole scene looking for more fame. Now we know that Miss Nia did not go there with the intention of hitting missy but emotions took over and everyone went bananas. Don’t worry Nia this is all done with, that’s right we don went before the throne room and laid it all down. NIA BE STILL AND WATCH GOD MOVE SISTAH!!
