Rihanna and Chris Brown are masterful at keeping their names on the tip of everyone’s tongue. Purposely aiding in the lingering mystery of whether or not they are together. What’s their status—friend, foe, creeping, together or not are the questions fans are scrambling to know.
One minute they’re sending cryptic messages via Twitter, collaborating on remixes, unfollowing one another on Twitter to hanging out in clubs together.
“Everyone in the business assumes she and Chris are getting back together, and it is only a matter of time before they’ll be more public about it,” source tells Post newspaper.
The megastars that are at the top of their game in the R&B realm were seen recently partying at the same nightspots twice within days of each other and leaving simultaneously—each time.
There is even video footage taken by TMZ where the two are seen spending time together at the Avenue nightclub in New York. A new report by PageSix added that Chris and Rihanna were spotted with her family enjoying the Miami Heat game at Jay-Z’s 40/40 club.
“Rihanna arrived first in a yellow cab, with her family and friends, and was escorted to a private room. Brown arrived a little later and joined her and her family. They sat on the same couch together rooting for the Heat. There was no sign of his girlfriend.”
So, what are the two doing?
Just last week, Rihanna went postal on an Esquire interviewer for insisting she and the “With You” singer were an item based on their dual remixes.
“Because of a song. How stupid. If I was together with every collaborator I worked with… f-ck my life,” the 24-year-old shot back after the accusation.
What if the “Birthday Cake” singer is being truthful? Considering the feisty Barbados beauty has no issues with being upfront about her thoughts (ask recent magazine reporters), why wouldn’t she just be with Brown?
Think it’s safe to say Chris and Rihanna are enjoying the fruits of their lifestyles and simply don’t care if you think they should hang or not. They’re not getting back together and if and when they do…they’ll tweet us.
