Beyonce and her husband of four years Jay-Z are at odds with each other over how to raise their baby Blue Ivy Carter.
Jay-Z is like any new dad to his little baby girl, he’s falling prey to becoming putty in her hands. The business savvy mogul is coming clean, admitting though his baby girl is only four months—she will be privy to whatever she wants.
So, we guess that no-nonsense attitude is for the boardroom and for his on-stage persona only. LOL! The “Empire State of Mind” rapper opened up about Blue in a forthcoming Oprah’s OWN Master Class episode. Before suggesting Blue won’t ever have to want for anything (in life!), the “Glory” rapper issued a measly attempt at being a balanced dad. 🙂
“I imagine I’ll take things I learned from my mom and things I’ve learned from raising my nephews and apply that,” the father-of-one said.
“Then at the end of the day, I just know I’ll probably have the worst, spoiled little kid ever.”
Beyonce on the other hand, revealed in her latest interview as People magazine’s Most Beautiful Woman that she’s finally come to peace with being more comfortable with herself. The new mom described her beauty routine even up to going into labor which included getting her hair, nails and feet done. After giving birth to her daughter however, things changed and now she’s OK wearing no makeup while out and feeling comfortable in kitten heels over 6-inch stilettos.
“My biggest thing is to teach [Blue] not to focus on the aesthetic. It’s really about who you are, and the human being, that makes you beautiful.”
We’re sure Beyonce and Jay-Z will find a happy balance….not including the reported $5,200 Swarovski crystal bathtub and $22,000 Posh Tots Fantasy Crib of course. 🙂
