Gladys Knight Gets Tossed From 'DWTS'

Gladys Knight has been eliminated from Dancing With the Stars, after six weeks on the dance competition show.

Knight and her dance partner, Tristan McManus, went head to head with Disney star Roshon Fegan and his partner Chelsie Hightower in the Dance Duel. The Motown legend, who was a fan favorite, failed to win the vote of most of the judges.  Judge Carrie Ann Inaba voted to save Knight, but both Goodman and Bruno Tonioli voted to save Fegan.

“It’s a miracle, and we experience those every single day, if we know how to recognize them as such,” Knight said Tuesday night. “I got a chance to experience the dance world. You know, the competition of it and that kind of stuff. I don’t have as much of that in my personal environment because I control that.”

Aside from Fegan, the ousting of Gladys Knight leaves Donald Driver,  Katherine Jenkins, Jaleel White, William Levy, Melissa Gilbert, and Maria Menounos in the running for next week’s show.
