UPDATE-While Sheree Whitfield tries to figure out her next step after leaving Bravo’s reality TV show the Real Housewives of Atlanta NeNe Leakes was taking a strategic step with reality TV queen Kim Kardashian.
The reportedly highest paid lady of the series was spotted out with Kim K at Nobu restaurant in West Hollywood. Leakes later tweeted,
“I had such a blast last nite havin dinner, cocktails & girl talk wit my doll @KimKardashian.” To which Kim responded, “We laughed so hard! Love you!”
If NeNe hopes to expand her reality world empire beyond the Real Housewives befriending a Kardashian is the way to go. Meanwhile Sheree has announced her next venture but not before convincing herself that remaining on the show – if she indeed had a choice – would hurt more than it would help.
“Now was the right time to head into other endeavors that she has on her plate,” said Whitfield’s rep to Us Weekly Wednesday. “She’s going to be launching her fitness blog and revamp She by Sheree as an athletic clothing line rather than couture fashion.”
Honestly an athletic clothing line is a much better fit for Sheree. Hopefully someone told her that her window is closing fast!
UPDATE: A source has stated that Sheree was not only jealous of NeNe but the treatment producers gave to Kim Zolciak.
“Sheree was jealous of Kim Zolciak and NeNe. She felt like she wasn’t getting as much attention, they all started together but it’s been unbalanced ever since. They went out of their way to promote Kim’s wig line and gave her a spin-off for her wedding. As for NeNe, she was allowed to guest star on Glee, compete on Celebrity Apprentice and then played the diva card with Bravo and demanded she would quit if she didn’t get her own show.
[But then Sheree] launched a clothing line and they turned it into a joke about how bad the clothes are. She wants to be a fitness instructor and they didn’t even promote that. They didn’t encourage her like they did the other two. She was not offered the same money as they were. To be offered less money was the final blow, they said take it or leave it – so she left.”
