Rihanna interviewed with the Jonathan Ross television show in London before performing and opened up about being lonely.
“I am a single lady,” the 24-year-old told the host. “This is not something I enjoy. Single life is overrated.”
Did she just abrogate the rekindling rumors between her and her ex Chris Brown? Apparently so.
“You always want to be single when you are in a relationship but trust me it is no bueno.”
“I have such incredible experiences in my life, but you don’t want to live your life and then meet someone, you want to share your life with someone. I feel like that is what I am missing right now.”
RiRi dated Matt Kemp of the Los Angeles Dodgers for a while after she and Brown were practically forced to part after the 2009 assault.
Though the pop-star performed, attended a Stella McCartney Fashion Week party, and the BRIT awards, she revealed her main reason for crossing the pond.
“Really I came to the Brits to stalk Adele,” she said. “It was nothing about the awards or the performance, for me it was just to see Adele again.”
“She doesn’t know the depth of my affection, just the surface. She has no idea.”
After her guileless interview, the “Man Down” singer hopped a flight—exasperated—back to the States, but took to Twitter before landing in Los Angeles.
“Literally craawwwled to the plane! NO SLEEP!!! #AreWeThereYet,” the sexy starlet tweeted before uploading a thigh-revealing pic with the caption, “Come here Rude bwoy…” reiterating her hunt for a guy who is “cool, fun, and funny.”
