Dancing with the Stars may have snagged Jaleel White but the former child actor has other work on his plate. Known to many as Steve Urkel from the 90’s family sitcom ‘Family Matters’ White revealed he has maintained a consistent work schedule since the show last aired.
“People always ask me everywhere I go now, ‘Hey man, what are you up to? What are you doing?’ I mean, I might as well wear a t-shirt. And I’m like, ‘Man we got a thousand [TV] channels. I’ve been working constantly. I’ve never stopped working,” quipped Jaleel to EUR Web.
With guest roles on House, Psych, NCIS on his resume Jaleel will host Syfy’s latest show ‘Total Blackout’ premiering this April.
If Jaleel manages to stick around long enough on DWTS he will face the challenge of juggling both jobs. For his challenge Jaleel tells Zap2it blog, “I don’t know how to be more prepared for this, other than to be present and be on time.
