Nicki Minaj Shocking Backstage Rider Demands Revealed

Nicki Minaj talk her previous life, favorite meals and her tour rider list in the February/March issue of Wonderland magazine.

Minaj accredits her preceding life in London for her overwhelming love of the city. That is, well…in her dreams.

“I was born in London in my past life, no one can tell me different,” she said. “I probably  was like a queen in London, I was probably the people’s queen that fought  for lives… and I probably started off as a maid and then was just, like, really  revolutionary and moved all my Barbies into the big queen mansion.”

Now understanding where her faux British accent derives from, the “Super Bass” rapper, quasi-singer further insists in the issue of Wonderland that her larger than life on-stage persona is contradistinctive to the woman you will find at home catching Forensic Files episodes.

“They’re definitely two completely different people. Obviously what I would wear at home is not what I would wear up on stage and I think, when I’m at home it’s a way more introspective character and I think the person people see on stage is anything but, I watch a lot of  Judge Judy. And I watch a lot of  Forensic Files.

The self-proclaimed Barbie also dished about her obsession with the doll.

“I feel like Barbie is great because it doesn’t only focus on beauty – you have Barbies that work, they have tons of different jobs now. And they come in different shades, which I love, and different hairstyles.  So I think that they’ve gotten to the point where they’re making girls feel like it’s OK not to look like or be like the traditional Barbie.”

While the Young Money star, who dropped her latest music video ‘Turn Me On’, vouches that her spaghetti and macaroni cheese is “really, really good”, she’s leaving food demands to handlers as her just released rider for her Super Bowl performance with Madonna is unveiled in the magazine as well.

Beyond food cooked and served to certain specifications, chilled and room temperature beverages, two space heaters and a “very important” humidifier, the 29-year-old’s list is tame in comparison to Mariah Carey’s once-alleged demands of kittens and white doves.

Nicki’s entire interview with Wonderland magazine hits newsstands today.
