UPDATE-Beyonce’s delivery room photos have been released plus details on another project she completed before giving birth.
A then-pregnant Beyonce found her way back into the political scene to hep support the re-election campaign for President Barack Obama.
Prior to giving birth to Blue Ivy, Beyonce and her mother, Tina Knowles were participants in the ‘Runway to Win’ fashion campaign.
The effort was spearheaded by Vogue editor Anna Wintour who enlisted many of her high-end designer friends to design shirts, tote bags, scarves and bracelets for the Obama campaign.
Beyonce and her mother Tina Knowles designed the $45 white, crew neck T-shirt with the phrases “yes we can,” “words do inspire” and “transform a nation together,” randomly scattered across the front in different fonts.
The t-shirts will be available beginning February 7, but pre-orders can be taken.
With a busy schedule and hectic lifestyle like Beyonce why wouldn’t she want to give birth in style – especially when she can more than afford it! According to Lenox Hill who was investigated over the high class treatment of Beyonce, Jay-Z and their family to the dismissal of other patients, stated the suites are available to everyone. The hospital has about 7 suites ranging from $700 to $800 a night. The rooms come equipped with a twin bed, flat screen TVs, a sink, microwave, a couch and lots of space. According to TMZ who obtained the pictures the walls of the suites can be removed and it’s believed Beyonce took up a total of four suites and roughly spending $3,200 for her stay.
