Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria and her restaurant Beso in Los Angeles are being sued by a patron, Luiza Boyadjian. Luiza filed a lawsuit in L.A County Superior Court requesting over $25,000 in damages over a slip and fall. According to TMZ, Luiza was at the restaurant with friends and family to celebrate her birthday. At some point during the celebration she tried to get up from her chair when she “suddenly slipped and fell due to the floor…being extremely slippery.” Luiza claimed she suffered major physical injuries, including damage to her nervous system.
A managing partner for the restaurant denies the incident even occurred,
“The Company hasn’t had a chance to review the lawsuit yet. Also, the restaurant is not aware of any incident of this nature happening in the past.”
Eva has not made any public statements referencing the lawsuit.
Kardashian Kristmas Special Canceled Over Kim & Kris’ Divorce
‘Keeping up with the Kardashian’s’ star Kim Kardashian and the remaining Kardashian Klan will not invade your TV with their annual holiday special. The Kardashian Khristmas, according to the NY Post was canceled this year. Sources tell Page Six that Kim and Kris Humphries‘ shocking divorce was the primary reason while schedule conflicts shouldered some blame. Though it’s hard to believe that an event that occurs once a year shouldn’t have a set place in everyone’s calendar.
‘It didn’t look promising due to schedule conflicts, but once Kim’s divorce happened it was definitely not possible.’ the source said.
Kim K has indeed taken a break from the cameras only popping up at the Dancing the Stars finale and a charity event for Thanksgiving.
But while the Kardashian Kristmas special was canceled ‘Kourtney & Kim Take New York’ will premiere on Sunday on E!. And before long Kris Humphries will become enemy no. 1 and Kim Kardashian will return to being American’s favorite guilty pleasure.
