Tennis champ Serena Williams is no stranger to the paparazzi. So when she was spotted out to dinner with country music artist Jake Owens she partly expected dating rumors to begin flying. And they did just that.
Serena posted her disdain on Twitter soon after her dinner with Jake:
“Ugh paparazzi annoying. Honestly really? Like I wonder what tomm they will say.”
The following day, likely after she received news that rumors surfaced of a possible romance, Serena declined it all, on Twitter of course.
“Its not fair to me to Jake or his girlfriend to say we r dating when u just hang out and have dinner with friends. So stop the lies!!”
“I NEVER address rumors but this one I will. I am not dating @jakeowen. He is a great guy with a super amazing girlfriend.”
Well so much for that…Now we’re wondering when Serena and rapper Common will rekindle their romance??!
