Maria Shriver isn’t wasting anytime making a new life for herself and children post filing her divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger. Maria has reportedly splurged on a $10 million home in the same Brentwood neighborhood as the home she shared with Arnold before their separation. In January 2011, Maria quietly moved out of their home, several months later the shocking news surfaced that Arnold fathered a child with his housekeeper Mildred Baena.
Maria has since filed for divorce with nearly $400 million in assets up for grabs.
According to TMZ, Maria is moving full speed ahead with the purchase as the home in currently in escrow. Looks like Maria is still playing fair and wants to keep her children close to Arnold as they will likely share joint custody of the two minors.
