After one “Married to Medicine” star just celebrated a wedding anniversary, another’s marriage continues to fall apart.
Quad Webb-Lunceford filed to divorce Dr. Greg Lunceford contested on May 1. The star accused her doctor husband of “cruel treatment willfully inflicted” upon her, “such as reasonably justified apprehension” for her mental health and adultery.
Newly obtained documents from the Jasmine Brand reveal Lunceford has filed his own documents in response and is asking for a motion for contempt.
He alleges his soon-to-be-ex-wife moved “pre-marital property from the marital residence” without his awareness or permission. Among the items Webb-Lunceford is accused of removing on or around May 14, they include furniture from the master bedroom, living room, and basement along with two TVs, a washer and dryer, dining room set and light fixtures.
Her alleged actions show she deliberately infringed upon the Automatic Domestic Standing Order, according to Lunceford, which family law attorney Kem A. Eyo described as something “automatically attached to every new family law filing in Fulton County [r]egardless of what domestic action is filed when it is filed, or who files it.”
Lunceford wants the court to order Quad to return all of the items she took. Plus, he wants to be reimbursed for all court costs involved in him filing papers for the dispute.
The Georgia-based couple’s tensions came to ahead during the reunion when Dr. G came tackled head on the fact that he was caught heading into a hotel with a woman who tried to extort him later on.
At the time of the initial news, many fans were not surprised that the pair were ending their marriage.
“Quad filed for divorce? Welp. Not shocked after what her [sic] and her husband were going through on the last season of Married to Med. She’s been ready to spread her wings and be independent after he basically told her she’s just a housewife. Go, sis!”
